Chris Cassino brings over 25 years of experience in youth marketing to his role as COO of Refuel Agency and now Thinking Cap Agency since 2019. Chris began his career with MarketSource quickly demonstrated a mindset for out of the box thinking and tactical and strategic implementation. He successfully oversaw the Sampling & Postering division at Alloy Media & Marketing while earning the reputation for his team’s attention to detail and executional excellence.
Chris’s past experience includes the hands-on management of Refuel Agency’s core businesses, including Experiential & Sampling, Out of Home and Newspaper. During his 20 year tenure, he has been instrumental in the annual success of the award-winning Old Spice Red Zone Player of the Year campaign that recognized tens of thousands of high school football players from around the country. In his role as COO, Chris spends much of his day as the “answer man” and concentrates on process improvement, functional efficiency and client satisfaction initiatives.
When not wearing his Refuel Agency hat, Chris can be found spending time with his wife and three kids, volunteering or following the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers.
